- Originality: By submitting your entry, you confirm that the work is original. In case of any claims regarding the originality, the submitter will be solely responsible to provide explanations or resolutions.
- Usage Rights:
- You agree that your submitted work may be displayed through our social media channels for voting and promotional purposes.
- VRZ Awards will not claim ownership of your work; however, you grant us the rights to upload and showcase your work on our network channels.
- VRZ Awards has the authority to use stills, posters, titles, or any relevant information from the submitted material for promotional purposes.
- Subtitles: All files in languages other than English must include English subtitles.
- Multiple Entries:
- Multiple entries from the same submitter are allowed.
- Each entry must be submitted separately and accompanied by a separate entry fee.
- Rights Declaration: By submitting, you declare that you have full authority to submit the work and have cleared all rights to use the material included in the submission.
- Alteration of Dates: VRZ Awards reserves the right to modify dates due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Submission Does Not Guarantee Selection:
- Submission of your work does not guarantee it will be shortlisted or nominated.
- Entry fees are non-refundable, even if the submission is withdrawn or not selected.
- Fee and Category Compliance:
- Ensure you submit in the correct category with the appropriate fees.
- Incorrect submissions may be deemed ineligible, and no fees will be refunded.
- Inspection and Display:
- Shortlisted or nominated entries will be notified to provide source files for thorough inspection.
- Approved submissions will be displayed on our official website, and the same link will be shared with the submitter.
- Evaluation:
- Judging will be based on voting, likes, and jury evaluation.
- Content Guidelines:
- VRZ Awards reserves the right to reject any submission that is likely to offend any community, caste, or religion, or promote racism or ill will.
- Trophy Delivery:
- Recipients will cover courier charges for any trophy deliveries.
- Final Decision:
- Decisions made by the VRZ Awards jury and board members are final and binding.
Declaration by Submitter
By submitting your work to VRZ Awards, you declare that:
- The information provided in the entry form is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- The names listed in the entry form match the credit titles in the submission.
- You are authorized to submit the work for VRZ Awards.
Additional Notes
- The VRZ Awards does not cover any expenses incurred by the submitter.
- All entry fees are non-refundable.
- VRZ Awards reserves the right to amend these rules and terms as necessary.
